Sagalassos
Sagalassos Ancient City is located in the region known as Pisidia in ancient times. Located next to a mountainous area, the first traces of settlement in the city date back to 12,000 years ago. Sagalassos Ancient City is extremely well preserved with its monumental structures where almost all of the original building stones can be found. On the other hand, the plan of the city is quite striking considering the terraced structure on which it was built, and a harmonious and impressive monumental center was created with this structure. In addition, with at least a thousand years of ceramic production, Sagalassos is recommended to the UNESCO World Heritage List as the longest ceramic production center in ancient times.

İnsuyu Cave
The cave is located at a distance of 13 km from Burdur. Being one of the few and largest caves in Turkey, İnsuyu Cave has a superior natural beauty.

Burdur Museum
Burdur Museum, which received the “Museum Worth Visiting” award from the European Museum Forum in 2008, mainly exhibits artifacts found in Hacılar Tumulus, Sagalassos, Kibyra and Kremna. In addition, there are steles, tombstones, statues and busts, high reliefs, friezes, sarcophagi and sarcophagus covers, inscribed stones, and various architectural pieces from the Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman periods.

The BMBB Executive Board delivers an Outstanding Achievement Award in the field of Computer Science and Engineering every year to support academic achievements since 2019. An academic staff is selected based on academic and scientific criteria.
He was born in Kilis in 1942. He completed his secondary education at Galatasaray High School in 1962, continued his higher education in Lyon, France, and received his Diploma in Electronics Engineering in 1966.
He worked at Le Materiel Telephonique Company in Paris between 1966-1968.
He completed his military service in 1968-1970 and worked as Project Coordinator at Hacettepe University Computer Center between 1970-1977.
He was appointed as a lecturer at Hacettepe University in 1974 and pioneered the establishment of the Computer Engineering Department. He completed his doctorate in 1979, became an associate professor in the field of Information Systems in 1983, and a professor in the Department of Computer Science in 1989.
He worked as a lecturer at Hacettepe University between 1977-2009, Head of Information Processing Department between 1985-1997, and Head of Computer Engineering Department between 1991-2003.
In 1974, when Hacettepe University was given the task of conducting the “Inter-University Student Selection and Placement Examination”, he became the Examiner Evaluation and Placement Subsystem Supervisor.
After the establishment of the Student Selection and Placement Center, ÖSYM, he served as a Sub-System Manager, IT Unit Manager, Consultant, Executive Board Member at ÖSYM as an additional duty to his teaching staff; He was appointed by the Higher Education Institution, YÖK, as the President of ÖSYM in 2004-2010. He retired from the Presidency of ÖSYM in 2010.
In addition to being a lecturer, he was the Chairman of the National Computer Committee of YÖK in 1993-1995, a member of the National Committee of Higher Education in Informatics in 1999-2002, the Computer Aided Central Electoral Register System of the Supreme Election Board in 1986-2002, the Technical Consultant of the Ministry of Internal Affairs MERNIS Project between 1998-2002, He worked as a consultant in the projects of DPT, TUBITAK, Ministry of National Education, General Staff and various public institutions and organizations, worked as an additional lecturer at Karadeniz Technical University and Ahmet Yesevi University, was assigned to Karabük University by YÖK in 2009, and resigned from this position in 2010. has done.

2- Step: Upload the Paper
Login the conference system. You will see your name in upper right corner of the main page. When you select your name you will see the tag “My Papers“, then select this tag.

At the end press “Submit” button
For logout press “Çıkış” button
An acceptance letter will be sent to the authors who pays the conference fee.

UBMK aims to high quality therefore applies the following reviewing steps for papers:
1- Every paper is reviewed by at least two reviewers. Upon completion of the reviews, authors can see the reviewer reports.
2- If two reviewers do not agree on the result of the evaluation, the paper will be sent to a third reviewer. The result is then based on the reviews of two referees (out of 3).
3- The next step is to check the paper for plagiarism (must be less than 25%) and IEEE format. If the paper passes this step in a satisfactory manner, it is accepted for oral presentation. A final acceptance letter is sent to author(s).
4- All accepted papers will appear in the conference program and proceedings of the conference (e-book) will be provided to presenter.
After conference evaluation
1- The proceedings of accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Please note that an accepted papers can only be included in the proceeding if it is presented by the author . Online presentation is not available.
2- The extended version of the selected papers by the organizing committee will be submitted to Journal of Computer Science and Engineering.
The Participating Certificate will be given only those participate the conference and pay the conference fee.
Presentation of a paper is 20 minutes.
