Accommodation

Offers were received from xx hotels for the conference. Information about the hotel is given in the chart below .

Accommodation in Student Dormitory

Student dormitory is not  available this year.

Transportation between the airport and the hotel will be provided by public transportation authority.

Important Note

• It is absolutely necessary to register for the conference in order to benefit from the above facilities.
• Those who want to stay at the hotel must first register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Then they have to inform the hotel their check-in and check-out dates and how many people there will be.
• It is possible to book a place at the hotel until 25 September 2024. Subsequent requests will only be accommodated if space remains at the hotel.
• Hotel fees will be paid directly to the hotel.
• Those who will stay at the hotel have to upload their information to the ubmk system by using the “Accommodation / Cultural Tours” button.
• Payments for accommodation in dormitory will be made to the following bank account:
• Account number Name And IBAN
• Payment can be in the form of credit card or bank transfer.

On the payment receipt, the full address and TC-N0 should be written for the personal receipt.
